If you are craving a delicious fruit dip, you should not miss this recipe for nam pla wan.

 Ingredients/strong>

1. One serving spoon of palm sugar

2. 10 chopped Jinda chilies

3. 10 chopped bird’s eye chilies

4. 4 – 6 chopped shallots

5. 3 tablespoons of fermented shrimp paste

6. Water

7. 200 grams of dried shrimp

8. Dried krill

 Instructions

1. Put the water and palm sugar in a pan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Then add the fermented shrimp paste and mix together.

2. When they are well mixed, add the chopped shallots and chilies.

3. Heat the dip until the shallots and chilies are cooked.

4. Add dried krill and dried shrimp.

5. Cook until all the ingredients are well mixed. Then serve in a small bowl.

Just thinking about nam pla wan served with sour fruits makes me drool. The fruit dip can be kept for a month in the refrigerator.
