Sweet Girl presents Recipe for Chia Seed and Blueberry Pudding

I suspect many of you included ‘losing weight’ on your list of New Year’s resolutions. Today, I’ll introduce a recipe for a healthy dessert that is low in calories that will help you achieve that goal. Chia seed and blueberry pudding is low in sugar but is rich in fiber and Vitamin C. Here is the recipe for the dessert:

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups of low fat milk
  2. 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  3. ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  4. ½ cup of chia seeds
  5. 10 – 15 blueberries

Method

  1. Mix the low fat milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract together.
  2. Add chia seeds to the mixture and pour into four cups. Chill them in the refrigerator overnight or until the mixture thickens.
  3. Add blueberries or other fruits of your choice as a topping.
