These behaviours definitely lead to weight gain. Today, I want to present a delicious grilled black pepper chicken breast salad, a simple nutrient rich dish with few calories.
Ingredients
- 1. Chicken breast
- 2. Eggs
- 3. Low-fat salad dressing
- 4. Avocado
- 5. Radish
- 6. Kiwifruit
- 7. Iceberg lettuce (or salad vegetables of your choice)
- 8. Carrot
- 9. Cherry tomatoes
- 10. Black pepper
- 11. Salt
How to do
- 1. Season chicken breast with salt and black pepper
- 2. While waiting for the chicken to absorb the seasoning, wash and slice all the vegetables
- 3. Boil eggs. If you want a soft boiled egg, boil the eggs for five to six minutes.
- 4. Grill chicken breast on a pan over medium heat. Make sure it is thoroughly cooked. Season with more black pepper before taking it out of the pan.
- 5. Shred chicken into bite size pieces and cut egg into halves.
