Mr. Househusband’s Simple Kitchen Tips Series: Fried Fish with Herb Salad
Somehow the rainy season makes me think of fish. So today I’ve come up with a fish recipe that is full of healthy ingredients: Fried Fish with Herb Salad. Full of herbs, this Thai recipe is not only delicious, but also very good for your health and heart.

- 12. 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 13. 1 lime, diced

- 15. 3 tablespoons of corn starch
- 16. Fried dried chili
Method
- 1. Clean the tilapia thoroughly.
