Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- ¼ tablespoon of baking powder
- 6. 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 5 tablespoons of fresh milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Chocolate chips
- Icing sugar
Method
- Sift the flour. Mix 4 tablespoons of sifted flour with the cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and salt

- Add the chocolate chips.
- Put all the ingredients in a cup and cook on high power in the microwave for 60 seconds.
