Good morning on this bright Monday. Today, I’ll introduce a recipe for a hearty breakfast – Eggs Benedict. The dish sounds really sophisticated but actually it is easy to make and requires just a few ingredients so you can make it even on a busy morning.

Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. Bacon
  3. Bread
  4. 50 grams of salted butter
  5. 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  6. 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  7. Mayonnaise
  8. Pepper
  9. vinegar
  10. 10. Tomato
  11. Salad vegetables

Method

  1. Boil water and add vinegar. Put a cracked egg into the boiling water and poach. When the egg is cooked, take it out of the water.
  2. Make hollandaise sauce by melting butter and mixing with 3 egg yolks, mayonnaise, lime juice and salt. Cook the ingredients in a saucepanover low heat.
  3. Toast buttered bread and fry bacon until it is crispy.
  4. Put all the ingredients on a plate starting with the bread, salad vegetables, tomato, bacon and egg. Then put hollandaise sauce and pepper on top.
