Sweet Girl presents a Soufflé Pancake Recipe for International Family Day Celebration.
On International Family Day, I want to introduce a soufflé pancake that you can make for dessert your family. Actually, the dessert is easy to make so you can cook it any time. If you are ready, let’s do it.
Ingredients
- 1. 2 eggs
- 2. 2 tablespoons of milk
- 3. Unsalted butter
- 11. Salt
- Baking soda
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- 6. 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 7. 3 tablespoons of cake flour
- 8. ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- 9. ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 10. Fruits of your choice
Method
- 1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Put the egg whites in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the yolks, milk and vanilla extract together.
- 2. Sift the cake flour and baking soda separately and then mix them together.
- 3. After chilling the egg whites for 15 minutes, add sugar and whisk until stiff.
- 4. Mix the yolk mixture and stiffened egg whites together.
- 5. Spray a pan with oil and turn on the stove to low heat. Put the flour mixture in and wait 5 minutes. Then put a little water into the pan and cover the pan with a lid for a further 7 minutes.
- 6. After 7 minutes, flip the pancake and fry it for another 5 minutes with the lid covering the pan.
- 7. To make whipped cream, put the heavy cream in a bowl. Place the bowl in another bowl that is filled with ice. Add sugar to the heavy cream and whisk until it is whipped.
- 8. Decorate the pancake with whipped cream and fruits of your choice.
