Mr. Househusband’s Simple Kitchen Tips Series present Stir Fried Kimchi and Pork Belly
The dish that I’m introducing today is for Korean food lovers. I have to confess I have started to fall in love with Korean kimchi. It is one of the best side dishes to eat with greasy meat. Check out the recipe:
Ingredients
- 200 grams of sliced pork belly
- 150 grams of kimchi
- 2 tablespoons of kochujang
- 1½ tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- ½ onion
- 1 spring onion
- White sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons of seasoning sauce
Method
- Marinate the pork belly in the sesame oil, kochujang and seasoning sauce
- While the pork is marinating, slice the onion and spring onion.
- Heat a pan and add the pork belly. Stir fry until the pork is almost cooked.
- Add kimchi to the pork, then add the onion, spring onion, kochujang, seasoning sauce and salt.
- Stir fry the ingredients until cooked. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving.
